KIBA AWARDS FOR APRIL

The Kilgore Improvement and Beautification Association gave out their awards for April and they are from top clockwise. The Yard of the Month was awarded to John Paul and Kim Raby at 2804 Royal Dr.. The Commercial Beauty Spot was awarded to Dr. Charles Cottier's office located at 316 N. Henderson Blvd. and the Beauty Spot was awarded to the Kilgore College Rangerette Gym located on Nolen St. across from the Rangerette Dorm.
