National award-winning twirlers
      This group of high school twirlers attended Marching Auxiliary National competition in Fort Worth on March 29 and 30. They performed a 1- and 3- baton routine. They placed first on both routines, bringing home two 3-foot trophies. This is the team's second double first place win at MA Nationals.

      Trey and Jamie Quebedeaux of Longview are proud to announce the birth of their son, Cason Tate, at Good Shepherd Medical Center in Longview, on April 15, 2008 at 5:10 a.m. He weighed 6 lbs 3 oz and measured 20 inches long.
