KILGORE HEIGHTS FIELD DAY FOR PRE-K

Kilgore Heights Elementary School held their field day events this week and on Thursday it was the Pre-K students turn to show their stuff. Events such as the 50 yard dash, sack race and ball bounce were all part of the festivities with parents on the sidelines cheering on their son or daughter. The games opened with Shari Hendricks Dinosaur Class leading in the procession carrying the torch and the American Flag. The National Anthem was played and the yell of let the games begin got these kids going. (left) Zackary Smith, 4, flew down the course to take a blue ribbon in the sack race.
