BONNIE LEE TOWNSEND

Services for Bonnie Lee Townsend 71, of Gladewater, formerly of Palestine, will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Bailey & Foster Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Singleton officiating. Burial will be in Holly Springs Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey & Foster Funeral Home Palestine.

Mrs. Townsend died Saturday at East Texas Medical Center Tyler. She was born March 15, 1937 in Colmesneil, Tx. to Rawleigh and Viola Hamilton Berryhill. She was retired from Gladewater ISD. She was a Baptist.

She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband Harvey Townsend of Gladewater; daughter Christine Ousset of San Jose, Ca.; three sons Van Townsend of Gladewater, Robert Townsend of Gladewater, Ray Townsend of Kilgore; two sisters Thelma Pearl Gonzales of Elkhart, Velma Jean Burchmiller of Frankston; three brothers Buck Berryhill of Pasadena, Wayne Berryhill of Elkhart and Kenneth Berryhill of Palestine; thirteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be grandsons.

Condolence calls will be received from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday at Bailey & Foster Funeral Home.
