In a lease four miles northwest from Longview in the Willow Springs (Cotton Valley) Field, the A.J. Tuttle Gas Unit Well No.7H will be drilled by J-W Operating Co. This well will bottom at 15,000-feet in the Rains, P P Survey, A-258.

Harrison County

In a lease 10.5 miles southeast from Marshall, in the Carthage, North (Cotton Valley) Field, the Baldwin Well No.11 will be drilled by GMX Resources Inc. The well will bottom at 11,800-feet in the Williams, W Survey, A-757. This well may also be drilled in the Bethany (Pettit 6170) Field, the Bethany (Travis Peak Consolidated) Field or a Wildcat Field.

The Pilot No.1 Gas Unit Well No.7 will be drilled in a Wildcat Field by NFR Energy, LLC. This well will be located 8.2 miles southeast from Jefferson in the Watkins, R O Survey, A-752. The well will bottom at 10,200-feet and may also be drilled in the Woodlawn (Travis Peak) Field or the Woodlawn (Cotton Valley) Field.

BP America Production Co. will drill the Sanders Gas Unit Well No.5H in the Woodlawn (Cotton Valley) Field. This well will be located 2.8 miles northeast from Woodlawn in the Sparks, S F Survey, A- 635 and will bottom at 13,500-feet.

Henderson County

XTO Energy Inc. will prepare to drill the Rex Young Gas Unit Well No.2 and the Rex Young Gas Unit Well No.3 in the Oak Hill (Cotton Valley) Field. These wells will bottom at 12,000-feet in the Rice, J Survey, A-653. Location of the No.3 will be 3.1 miles southeast from Malakoff. Location of the No.2 will be 3.6 miles southeast from Malakoff.

Nacogdoches County

The Jones "A-1" Gas Unit Well No.6 and the Blount "A-1" Gas Unit Well No.6 will be drilled in the Appleby, North (Travis Peak) Field to a depth of 10,200-feet by EOG Resources, Inc. The Jones "A-1" Gas Unit Well No.6 will be located 3.2 miles northwest from Garrison in the Acosta, J J Survey, A-65. The Blount "A-1" Gas Unit Well No.6 will be located 5.6 miles northwest from Garrison in the Benton, N Survey, A-89. These wells may also be drilled in the Appleby, North (Pettit) Field.

EOG Resources, Inc. will prepare to drill the Lee "D" Gas Unit Well No.4, the Blount "A-1" Gas Unit Well No.8 and the Blount "A- 1" Gas Unit Well No.10 in the Appleby, North (Travis Peak) Field. The No.4 will be located 1.8 miles southwest from Garrison in the Acosta, J J Survey, A-65 and will bottom at 10,000-feet. This well may also be drilled in the Appleby, North (Pettit) Field or a Wildcat Field. The No.8 will be located 5.5 miles northwest from Garrison in the Villa, J J Survey, A-576 and will bottom at 10,200-feet. This well may also be drilled in the Appleby, North (Pettit) Field. The No.10 will be located 5.4 miles northwest from Garrison in the Parrott, P J Survey A-441 and will bottom at 10,200-feet.

The Jean Swain Well No.2 will be located 11.3 miles southeast from Nacogdoches in the Gates (Travis Peak) Field. The well will be drilled to bottom at 12,500-feet in the Hamil, S H Survey, A-267 by Goodrich Petroleum Co.

St. Mary Land & Exploration Co. will drill the U.S.A. LB Well No.2H in the Loco Bayou (James Lime) Field. This well will bottom at 9,000-feet in the Starr, J H Survey, A-541 and will be located 12.5 miles west from Lufkin.

Panola County

Goodrich Petroleum Co. will prepare to drill the Lutheran Church Well No.4 and the McKay Gas Unit Well No.4 in the Beckville (Cotton Valley) Field. The Lutheran Church Well No.4 will be located 6.9 miles southwest from Tatum in the Rogers, D F Survey, A-568. The McKay Gas Unit Well No.4 will be located 6.6 miles southwest from Tatum in the Barksdale, P C Survey, A-68. Both wells will bottom at 12,500-feet.

The Jeter SWD Well No.1 will be drilled three miles south from De- Berry in the Panola Field. This well will be drilled to a depth of 5,400- feet by Longbranch Energy, LP. This well will lie in the Thompson, S Survey, A-6723.

The Carthage (Cotton Valley) Field will see the CGU 8 Well No.16 and the CGU 3 Well No.19 drilled by Anadarko E&P Company LP. The wells will bottom at 12,000-feet. The No.16 will be located 3.8 miles southwest from Carthage in the Witherspoon, A M Survey, A-732. The No.19 will be located 2.2miles northwest from Carthage in the Moorman, A Survey, A-427.

Devon Energy Production Company, L.P. will drill the Hall Unit Well No.15 and the Cavin Unit Well No.17 to a depth of 13,000- feet. The No.15 will be located 2.97 miles southeast from Carthage in the Carthage (Cotton Valley) Field. This well will lie in the Vaughn, W Survey, A-694. The No.17 will be located 15.6 miles northeast from Carthage in the Bethany, East (Cotton Valley) Field. This well will lie in the Jordan, B C Survey, A-348.

The Richardson A Well No.1H will be drilled by St. Mary Land & Exploration Co. in the Carthage (Cotton Valley) Field. This well will be located 12.7 miles east from Carthage in the English, W Survey, A-194. This well will bottom at 11,000-feet.

The Burnett Unit 2 Well No.8 and the Parker Unit Well No.18 will be drilled in the Carthge (Cotton Valley) Field by Lacy Operations, Ltd. The No.8 well will be drilled in a lease 8.1 miles northeast from Carthage and will bottom at 9,835- feet. This well will lie in the Thomas Westmoreland Survey A-769. The No.18 well will be drilled in a lease 3.7 miles northeast from Beckville and will bottom at 10,115-feet. This well will lie in the Wm. McFadden Survey, A-443.

Craton Energy Holdings III, LP will drill the Holland Gas Unit No.1 Well No.4 in the Carthage (Cotton Valley) Field. This well will bottom at 10,250-feet 1.7 miles southeast from Fair Play in the Morris, W Survey, A-470. This well may also be drilled in the Carthage (Travis Peak) Field.

Rusk County

In a lease within city limits of Fort Worth in the Newark, East (Barnett Shale) Field, the Railroad Well No.1H will be drilled by Chesapeake Operating, Inc. This well will bottom at 9,000-feet in the Gouhenant, A Survey, A-612.

Fidelity Exploration & Production Co. will drill the Black Stone Minerals G.U. No.1 Well No.17 and the Black Stone Minerals G.U. No.1 Well No.18 in the Brachfield, Southeast (Cotton Valley) Field. The No.17 will be located 3.41 miles northeast from Minden in the Blanchard, F Survey, A-893. The No.18 will be located 3.48 miles northeast from Minden in the Arnold, J R Survey, A-935. Both wells will bottom at 12,000-feet.

The Brady Well No.4 is being prepared for drilling by Sojitz Energy Venture, Inc. in the Brachfield, Southeast (Cotton Valley) Field. This well will be located 3.1 miles northwest from Minden in the Lane, E C Survey, A-490 and will bottom at 10,700-feet. The well may also be drilled in the Field Minden (Travis Peak Consolidated) Field or the Brachfield (Travis Peak) Field.

The Minden (Cotton Valley Consolidated) Field will see the Viper 3 Well No.8 drilled by El Paso E & P Company, L.P. This well will bottom at 11,200-feet in the Jackson, T J Survey, A-15. Location will be 4.4 miles southeast from Henderson and the well may also be drilled in a Wildcat Field.

EOG Resources, Inc. will drill the Adams "A-1" Gas Unit Well No.9 3.2 miles northwest from Garrison in the Appleby, North (Travis Peak) Field. This well will bottom at 10,200-feet in the Acosta, J J Survey, A-52. This well may also be drilled in the Appleby, North (Pettit) Field.

In a lease one miles northwest from Minden in the Brachfield, Southeast (Cotton Valley) Field, the Tufco Gas Unit 1 Well No.8 and the Tufco Gas Unit 1 Well No.9 will be drilled by Enduring Resources, LLC. These wells will bottom at 11,300- feet in the Del Rio, S Survey, A-34. These wells may also be drilled in a Wildcat Field or the Minden (Travis Peak Consolidated) Field.

The Omie Robertson G U 1 Well No.6 will be drilled by Valence Operating Co. in the Oak Hill (Cotton Valley) Field. The well will be located 2.7 miles south from Elderville in the Thomas, J Survey, A- 767 and will bottom at 13,500-feet. This well may also be drilled in the Oak Hill (Pettit) Field, the Oak Hill (Travis Peak) Field or the Carthage, North (Bossier Shale) Field.

Smith County

The Jasper Gas Unit Well No.1WS and the Jasper Gas Unit Well No.2WS will be drilled 2.6 miles southeast from Whitehouse in the Overton (Cotton Valley Sand) Field. The wells will be drilled to a depth of 200-feet in the Wagner, J Survey, A-1057 by Llog Exploration Texas, L.P.

Upshur County

The J.W. Barber Well No.4 will be dirlled 7.8 miles northwest from Gilmer. Cross Creek Energy LLC will drill the well to a depth of 11,500-feet in the Sartain, J F Survey, A-466 in the Rosewood (Cotton Valley) Field.

Wood County

The M. Saner Well No.10 will be located four miles northeast from Pine Mills in the Pine Mills, East (Woodbine) Field. This well will be drilled to a depth of 5,500-feet in the Polk, M Survey, A-454 by Bluestone Natural Resources, LLC.

In a lease seven miles northwest from Hawkins, in a Wildcat Field, the Magnolia Well No.1 will be drilled by Pine Ridge Operating, L.P. This well will bottom at 6,500-feet in the Fisher, W Survey, A-209. The well may also be drilled in the Trice (Woodbine) Field.

Anderson County

The John Royall - A- Well No.7 is located nine miles east from Palestine in the Jarvis Dome Field. Bay- Tech Operating Company, Inc. has completed the well to a depth of 5,121-feet. This well flowed with 34 barrels of crude, choke size not recorded. Production is in the Woodbine formation.

Gregg County

There have been three new wells drilled by Geo-Vest of Texas, Inc. The Griffin Ranch G.U. 2 Well No.11 is located 4.10 miles east northeast from Kilgore in the Danville Field with a depth of 10,786-feet. This well potentialed 1.150 million cubic feet of gas when gauged on an adjustable choke. Production is in the Travis Peak-Cotton Valley Consolidated formation. The Griffin Ranch G.U. 6 Well No.10 is located 3.8 miles east northeast from Kilgore in the Danville, East Field with a depth of 10,767-feet. This well potentialed 3.690 million cubic feet of gas when gauged on a 35/64- inch choke. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation. The Griffin Ranch G.U. 7 Well No.6 is located 3.8 miles east northeast from Kilgore in the Danville, East Field with a depth of 10,784-feet. This well potentialed 1.600 million cubic feet of gas when gauged on a 21/64-inch choke. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

The A.C. Garrett GU Well No.18 is located 10.9 miles southeast from Longview in the Oak Hill Field. This well was drilled to a depth of 10,712-feet by Anadarko E & P Company LP. When gauged on an adjustable choke, the well potentialed 1.970 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

Anadarko E & P company LP has completed the Fred Kyle "A" Gas Unit Well No.17, the CGU 12 Well No.13 and the CGU 3 Well No.15 in the Carthage Field. The No.17 is located 4.4 miles southwest from Carthage with a depth of 9,525-feet. This well was gauged on an adjustable choke and potentialed 452,000 cubic feet of natural gas. The No.13 is located 5.2 miles northwest from Carthage with a depth of 9,908-feet. This well was gauged on an adjustable choke and potentialed 2.130 million cubic feet of natural gas. The No.15 is located two miles northwest of Carthage with a depth of 9,880-feet. This well was gauged on an adjustable choke and potentialed 1.302 million cubic feet of natural gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

When gauged on a 16/64-inch choke, the Adams, T.C. Well No.66 potentialed 152,000 cubic feet of gas. This well is located 4.7 miles southeast from DeBerry in the Bethany Field. Chevron U.S.A. Inc. has completed the well to a depth of 5,968-feet. Production is in the Transition formation.

The Graves Estate Well No.14 H has been completed in the Carthage Field by Devon Energy Production Company, L.P. Location of the well is eight miles southwest from Carthage with a depth of 9,340-feet. This well potentialed 1.497 million cubic feet of gas when gauged on an adjustable choke. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

Maixmus Operating, Ltd. has completed the Flanagan Heirs Well No.1 in the Bethany Field. This well is located 21.84 miles northeast from Carthage with a depth of 6,719-feet. When gauged on a _-inch choke, the well potentialed 1.677 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Travis Peak Consolidated formation.

Chevron U.S.A. Inc. has completed the Brumble, G.W. Well No.51 in the Bethany Field. This well is located 4.7 miles northeast from DeBerry with a depth of 6,054- feet. When gauged on a 14/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 216,000 cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Transition formation.

The Fite Unit Well No.20 and the Mangham Unit Well No.26 have been completed by Devon Energy Production Compay, L.P. The No.20 well is located four miles northwest of Carthage with a depth of 9,759-feet. When gauged on an adjustable choke, the well potentialed 747,000 cubic feet of natural gas. The No.26 well is located 4.3 miles north of Carthage with a depth of 9,427-feet. When gauged on an adjustable choke, the well potentialed 1.177 million cubic feet of natural gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

Goodrich Petroleum Co. has completed two new wells in the Beckville Field. The Williams, J.K. Well No.5 and the Williams, J.K. Well No.4 have been completed in a lease 7.9 miles southwest of Tatum. The No.5 bottoms at 10,339-feet and potentialed 404,000 cubic feet of natural gas when gauged on an adjustable choke. The No.4 bottoms at 10,270-feet and potentialed 425,000 cubic feet of gas when gauged on an adjustable choke. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

Rusk County

When gauged on an adjustable choke, the Tate Gas Unit Well No.4 potentialed 565,000 cubic feet of gas. This well is located 3.7 miles northeast from minden with a depth of 10,700-feet. Enduring Resources, LLC has completed the well in the Brachfield, Southeast Field. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

The Dea Lynn Adrian Gas Unit Well No.2 is located 3.24 miles southwest from Long Branch with a depth of 11,435-feet. Cabot Oil & Gas Corp. has completed the well in the Brachfield, Southeast Field. When gauged on a 27/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 642,000 cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

In a lease 1.5 miles northwest of Fairplay in the Beckville Field, the Billy Sealey Well No.5 has been completed by Goodrich Petroleum Co. This well bottoms at a depth of 10,355-feet. When gauged on an adjustable choke, the well potentialed 844,000 cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

When gauged on a 16/64-inch choke, the Hubbard, Frank Well No.4 potentialed 940,000 cubic feet of natural gas. This well is located one mile east of Henderson in the Minden Field. AC Exploration, LLC completed the well to a depth of 11,209-feet. Production is in the Cotton Valley Consolidated formation.

The Edwards Well No.10 is located three miles north of White Oak in the East Texas Field. This well bottoms at 3,672-feet drilled by John Linder Operating Company, LLC. This well flowed with seven barrels of crude, choke size not recorded.

Valence Operating Co. has completed the Castellaw Unit Well No.2 and the Marshall, T.E. Well No.1 in the Cedar Springs Field. The No.2 is located 6.8 miles northwest from Ore City with a depth of 12,205- feet. This well potentialed 2.048 million cubic feet of natural gas when gauged on a 48/64-inch choke. The No.1 is located 7.2 miles northwest from Ore City with a depth of 12,225-feet. This well potentialed 4.977 million cubic feet of natural gas when gauged on a 48/64-inch choke. Production is in the Cotton Valley Lower formation.
