Kilgore Recycling Day
SECOND SATURDAY OF EACH MONTH

ITEMS BEING RECYCLED
- Corrugated cardboard

- Computer paper

- Inserts (slick or non-slick)

- Plastics No. 1 and No. 2
- Aluminum/steel/tin cans
- Newsprint
- Magazines

PLASTIC SOFT DRINK BOTTLES - Look for the "1 PETE" recycle label embossed on the bottom. Includes green, clear, with or without labels and dark plastic bases.

PLASTIC MILK AND WATER JUGS - Look for the "2 HDPE" recycle label embossed on the bottom. Please rinse and remove the caps.

Only consumer items that bear the recyle logo "1PETE" and "2 HDPE" can be accepted. No toys, plastic bags, plastic dishes or plastic parts. No food or toiletry containers unless they bear the "1 PETE" or "2 HDPE" emblem. No mustard, ketchup, peanut butter, hand lotion, cooking oil, pesticide, weed killer or paint containers.
