KIBA ANNUAL BANQUET
The Annual Kilgore Improvement and Beautification Association Banquet was held yesterday at the First Christian Church. President Peggy Bowne presided over the event which awarded Beauty Spot of the Year to Brenda Maxwell (bottom right), Yard of the Year went to Sandra and Nolan Lewis (bottom left) and Commercial Beauty Spot of the Year when to Sabine Pipe. Falon Burns, main street manager gave a review of the Main Street Program and Peggy introduced the new KIBA President Carol Hinton (top photo).
