      SAN ANTONIO (AP) - Mario Chalmers, meet Lorenzo Charles and Keith Smart. The Kansas guard made one of the biggest shots in NCAA history Monday night, a 3-pointer with 2.1 seconds left to force overtime and lead the Jayhawks to the national championship with a 75-68 victory over Memphis.

      It seems the Kilgore High School baseball and softball teams have played more games this season on days where games weren't scheduled than they have on planned game days. "I'm sick of seeing that tarp, I know that," KHS baseball coach Jeff Blackstone laughed.
