Police Departments receive honors
GIANTS OF LAW ENFORCEMENT

The Kilgore Police Department and the Kilgore College police Department recieved several awards at the Giants of Law Enforcement Banquet in Longview. The Banquet is an annual event to show appreciation for police officers and civilian volunteers for valor,service and exemplary performance throughout the year. City Council members Randy Renshaw and Janice Hancock attended the event as well as City Manager Jeff Howell. Kilgore nominees recognized were James McClinton, Rex Haynes,Jackie Hargrove, Rob Farnham, Kasey Keahey,Terry Linder and Richard Reeves.
