Angelina County

The Crossman, P.G. Et Al Well No.7 will be drilled by EnCana Oil & Gas (USA) Inc. in the Raintree (Hosston) Field. The well will bottom at a depth of 15,568-feet in the Hendenstrom, A Survey, A-333 2.99 miles southeast from Wells.

In a lease 2.4 miles southeast from Wells in the Raintree (Hosston) Field, the Mabel Sessions GU Well No.2 will be drilled by Goodrich Petroleum Co. This well will bottom at 13,000-feet in the De La Garza, J Survey, A-15.

Harrison County

The LeTourneau Gas Unit 6 Well No.18 will be drilled by Anadarko E&P Company LP in the Oak Hill (Cotton Valley) Field. This well will be located 18 miles southwest from Marshall in the Pearson, T K Survey, A-586.

In a lease ten miles southeast from Marshall in the Carthage, North (Cotton Valley) Field, the Cadenhead Well No.15 will be drilled by GMX Resources Inc. This well will bottom at 11,800-feet in the Hall, F Survey, A-311.

Samson Lone Star, LLC will drill the Chopper GU 1 Well No.2 in the Waskom (Cotton Valley) Field. This well will bottom at 13,000-feetin the Dougherty, P Survey, A-5 and will be located seven miles northwest from Waskom. This well may also be drilled in a Wildcat Field.

There will be four new wells drilled by GMX Resources Inc. in the Carthage, North (Cotton Valley) Field to a depth of 11,800-feet. The Callison Well No.5D, the Callison Well No.8D, the Baldwin Well No.9 and the Baldwin Well No.10 will be drilled 11 miles southeast from Marshall in the Smith, W Survey, A-21. The No.9 and the No.10 wells may also be drilled in the Bethany (Travis Peak Consolidated) Field, the Bethany (Pettit 6170) Field or a Wildcat Field.

The Pilot No.1 Gas Unit Well No.6 will be drilled to a depth of 10,200-feet in a Wildcat Field by NFR Energy, LLC. This well will be drilled 7.5 miles southeast from Jefferson in the Craine, J B Survey, A- 144. This well may also be drilled in the Woodlawn (Travis Peak) Field or the Woodlawn (Cotton Valley) Field.

Nacogdoches County

The Trawick Gas Unit 1 Well No.13 will be drilled 3.97 miles southeast from Cushing in the Trawick (Travis Peak) Field by Exxon Mobil Corp. This well will bottom at 9,200-feet in the Bennett, Z Survey, A-9. This well may also be drilled in the Trawick (James) Field, a Wildcat Field or the Trawick (Pettit) Field.

Samson Lone Star, LLC will drill the Lola D GU 1 Well No.2 in the Douglass, West (Travis Peak) Field. This well will bottom at 12,000-feet in the De Los Santos Coy, M & Bros. Survey, A-21. Location will be 12 miles northwest from Nacogdoches. This well may also be drilled in the Nacogdoches, East (James Lime) Field, the Miyagi (Pettit) Field, a Wildcat Field or the Little Ears (Pettit Lime) Field.

In a lease 10.8 miles southeast from Nacogdoches, in the Gates (Travis Peak) Field, the Bethune B Well No.2 will be drilled by Goodrich Petroleum Co. The well will bottom at 13,000-feet in the Sparks, J H Survey, A-517.

The Douglass, West (Travis Peak) Field will see the Sitton GU 1 Well No.2 drilled to a depth of 12,000-feet by Samson Lone Star, LLC. This well will be drilled 8.5 miles northwest from Nacogdoches in the De Los Santos Coy, M & Bros. Survey, A-21. This well may also be drilled in the Miyagi (Pettit) Field, the Nacogdoches, East (James Lime) Field, a Wildcat Field or the Little Ears (Pettit Lime) Field.

Panola County

The Brachfield, Southeast (Cotton Valley) Field will see the West Phillips Gas Unit Well No.1A drilled by Enduring Resources, LLC. This well will be drilled to a depth of 11,300-feet in the Mc Adams, J Survey, A-422. This well may also be drilled in a Wildcat Field or the Minden (Travis Peak Consolidated) Field.

There will be five new wells drilled by Goodrich Petroleum Co. in the Beckville (Cotton Valley) Field. The wells will bottom at 11,500-feet in the Robinson, J P Survey, A-571. The Billy Sealey GU Well No.7, the Billy Sealey GU Well No.8 and the Billy Sealey GU Well No.9 will be located 11.3 miles southwest from Tatum. The Billy Sealey GU Well No.10 will be located 11.5 miles southwest from Tatum. The Billy Sealey GU Well No.11 will be located 11.6 miles southwest from Tatum.

Devon Energy Production Company, L.P. will drill the Mason Well No.21 in the Carthage (Cotton Valley) Field. This well will be located 5.1 miles southwest from Carthage in the Hanks, I Survey, A- 271 and will bottom at 12,000-feet.

In a lease 13.7 miles east from Henderson in the Beckville (Cotton Valley) Field, the Sealey, G.T. Well No.4 will be drilled by Goodrich Petroleum Co. This well will bottom at 11,000-feet in the Barbee, C Survey, A-71.

Rusk County

The Cobra #2 Well No.2 will be drilled 6.8 miles southeast from Henderson in the Minden (Cotton Valley Consolidated) Field. El Paso E & P Company LP will drill the well to a depth of 11,200-feet in the Howell, R L Survey, A-410. This well may also be drilled in the Minden (Travis Peak Consolidated) Field.

Samson Lone Star, LLC will drill the Cash Harrison Well No.1 in the Trawick (Travis Peak) Field. This well will bottom at 9,500-feet in the Huejas, M F Survey, A-14 5.5 miles southwest from Mt. Enterprise. This well may also be drilled in a Wildcat Field.

In a lease 3.3 miles northwest from Henderson in the Oak Hill (Cotton Valley) Field, the Finis Rogers Gas Unit Well No.4 will be drilled by Anadarko E&P Company LP. This well will bottom at 12,000-feet in the De La Vina, J C Survey, A-41.

The Marks-Poovey Gas Unit Well No.10 and the Fahle Well No.18 will be drilled in the Brachfield, Southeast (Cotton Valley) Field by Fidelity Exploration & Production Co. Both wells will bottom at 12,000-feet. The No.10 well will be located 3.15 miles northeast from Minden in the Lyons, D Survey, A- 506. The No.18 well will be located 3.8 miles northwest from Minden in the Orrick, W Survey, A-613.

In a lease six miles southwest from Henderson in the Henderson, East (Cotton Valley) Field, the Galan White Gas Unit Well No.9H will be drilled by Forest Oil Corp. This well will bottom at 11,500-feet in the Pena, M V Survey, A-27.

Fidelity Exploration & Production Co. is preparing to drill the Kangerga Gas Unit No.1 Well No.4, the Marks-Poovey Gas Unit Well No.5, the Harrell Gas Unit No.2 Well No.11 and the Harrell Gas Unit No.2 Well No.12 in the Brachfield, Southeast (Cotton Valley) Field. These wells will bottom at 12,000-feet. The No.4 well will be located 2.18 miles northeast from Minden in the Jeffers, S Survey, A- 459. The No.5 well will be located 2.9 miles northeast from Minden in the Ferguson, J Survey, A-301. The No.11 will be located 1.83 miles northeast from Minden in the Miller, A Survey, A-574. The No.12 will be located 2.11 miles northeast from Minden in the Moore, J Survey, A-522.

The Timberstar-HTBRRCO 154 Well No.2 will be located 12.9 miles southwest from Center in a Wildcat Field. Cabot Oil & Gas Corp. will drill the well to a depth of 9,500-feet in the HT&B RR Co. Survey, A-154. This well may also be drilled in the Angie (James Lime) Field.

Cabot Oil & Gas Corp. will prepare to drill the Timberstar-HTBRRCO 154 Well No.3, the Timberstar HTBRRCO 154 Well No.4 and the Timberstar-Rusk CSL 593 Well No.2 in a Wildcat Field. The wells will bottom at 9,500-feet. The No.3 will be located 12.8 miles southwest from Center in the HT&B RR Co. Survey, A-154. The No.4 will be located 12.6 miles southwest from Center in the HT&B RR Co. Survey, A-154. The No.2 will be located 1.57 miles southeast from Aiken in the Rusk CSL Survey, A-593. These wells may also be drilled in the Angie (James Lime) Field.

In a lease 1.6 miles northwest from Troup in the Overton (Cotton Valley Sand) Field, the Sallie M. Warren Hrs. Gas Unit 1 Well No.14 will be drilled by Southwestern Energy Production Co. This well will bottom at 12,300-feet in the Miller, W Survey, A-638 and may also be drilled in a Wildcat Field.

The Jasper Gas Unit Well No.1 will be drilled by Llog Exploration Texas, L.P. in a Wildcat Field. The well will bottom at 14,000-feet 2.6 miles southeast from Whitehouse in the Wagner, J Survey, A-1057.

Upshur County

The Thorne Well No.3 will be prepared for drilling by Stroud Petroleum, Inc. This well will be located 7.8 miles northeast from Gilmer in a Wildcat Field. The well will bottom at 10,500-feet in the Powell, S Survey, A-388. This well may also be drilled in the Stamps (Cotton Valley) Field or the Stamps (Travis Peak) Field.

Cherokee County

The Dickerson Well No.1 has been completed by Cordillera Texas, L.P. in the Walkers Chapel Field. This well is located 11.5 miles east from Rusk with a depth of 8,651- feet and flowed with 60 barrels of crude, choke size not recorded. Production is in the Pettit 8100 formation.

When gauged on a 48/64-inch choke, the Chronister Heirs Well No.9 potentialed 2.276 million cubic feet of gas. This well is located 4.8 miles north of Wells in the Doyle Creek Field. The well was drilled to bottom at 12,300-feet drilled by XTO Energy Inc. Production is in the Pettit formation.

Freestone County

The Worthy Well No.5 has been completed by Anadarko Petroleum Corp. The well is located two miles south from Donie in the Bear Grass Field and bottoms at 14,600-feet. This well was gauged on a 48/64- inch choke and potentialed 11.560 million cubic feet of natural gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley Consolidated formation.

When gauged on an adjustable choke, the T.W. Lane Well No.6 potentialed 2.582 million cubic feet of natural gas. This well is located one mile north of Kirvin in the Mann, North Field. Lacy Operationgs, Ltd. has completed the well to a depth of 9,805-feet. Production is in the Cotton Valley Sand formation.

XTO Energy Inc. has completed the Melvin Waldrip Gas Unit II Well No.5 and the Fulton "A" Well No.12 in the Bear Grass Field. The No.5 well is located two miles southwest of Donie with a depth of 14,370-feet. When gauged on a 48/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 906,000 cubic feet of gas. The No.12 well is located 1.40 miles east from Donie with a depth of 14,328- feet. When ugaged on a 48/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 1.235 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley Consolidated formation.

There has been two new wells completed by Hunt Petroleum Corp. The McMichael B Well No.3 is located 1.9 miles southwest of Fairfield in the Teague Field with a depth of 12,400-feet. This well potentialed 3.642 million cubic feet of natural gas when gauged on a 18/64-inch choke. Production is in the Cotton Valley-Bossier Consolidated formation. Trhe HL&P Gas Unit Well No.21 is located two miles south of Donie in the Farrar Field with a depth of 14,300-feet. This well was gauged on a 20/64- inch choke and potentialed 4.250 million cubic feet of natural gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley Lime formation.

The Fails Gas Unit Well No.19 is located 7.20 miles southeast of Teague in the Freestone Field. This well was completed to a depth of 13,010-feet by XTO Energy Inc. When gauged on a 18/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 1.765 million cubic feet of natural gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley- Bossier Consolidated formation.

Gregg County

The Oak Hill Field has seen the Ledco Well No.1 completed by NFR Energy LLC. This well is located 3.18 miles southeast from Longview with a depth of 11,078- feet. This well potentialed 584,000 cubic feet of gas when gauged on a 26/64-inch choke. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

Geo-Vest of Texas, Inc. has completed the Griffin Ranch G.U. 6 Well No.8 in the Danville Field. This well bottoms at 10,783-feet and is located 4.1 miles east from Kilgore. When gauged on a 29/64- inch choke, the well potentialed 3.137 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Travis Peak-Cotton Valley Consolidated formation.

Harrison County

The Karnack Well No.2 has been completed to a depth of 9,811- feet in the Carthage, North Field by Chalker Energy Management II, LLC. No location was recorded. This well potentialed 266,000 cubic feet of gas when gauged on a 26/64- inch choke.

The Carthage, North Field has seen the Bradley Well No.11 D completed by GMX Resources Inc. This well is located 9.7 miles southeast of Marshall with a depth of 10,121-feet. When gauged on a 32/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 147,000 cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

Ensight III Energy Management, LLC has completed the Batchelor Gas Unit No.1 Well No.1 in the Woodlawn, Southwest Field. This well bottoms at 10,833-feet and potentialed 587,000 cubic feet of gas when gauged on a 16/64-inch choke. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

In a lease 8.78 miles south of Marshall, in the Darco, Southeast Field, the Jenkins "A" Well No.12 has been completed by O'Benco, Inc. This well bottoms at 10,300- feet and potentialed 1.319 million cubic feet of natural gas when gauged on a 20/64-inch choke. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

NFR Energy LLC has completed the Cole Well No.1 and the D'AstoGas Unit 1 Well No.2. The No.1 is located 3.24 miles southeast from Longview with a depth of 11,000-feet. This well was gauged on a 20/64-inch choke and potentialed 535,000 cubic feet of gas. The No.2 is located 7.3 miles from Marshall with a depth of 10,070-feet. This well potentialed 744,000 cubic feet of gas when gauged on a 26/64- inch choke. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

When gauged on an adjustable choke, the Frank Davis Estate Deep Gas Unit Well No.5 potentialed 391,000 cubic feet of natural gas. This well is located 2.60 miles southwest from Woodlawn in the Woodlawn Field. Total depth is 10,085-feet. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

The Mitchell, J. Well No.1 has been completed four miles north of Athens in the Thomas Lake Field. Southwest Operating, Inc.-Tyler completed the well to a depth of 8,550-feet. This well flowed with 32 barrels of crude when gauged on a 2- inch choke. Production is in the Rodessa B formation.

When gauged on a 14/64-inch choke, the Werner-Clarence Well No.8 potentialed 964,000 cubic feet of natural gas. This well is located 10.20 miles northeast from Carthage in the Carthage Field. Chevron U.S.A. Inc. completed the well to a depth of 7,100-feet. Production is in the Travis Peak formation.

Hunt Petroleum Corp. has completed the Holcombe, Lecta Well No.6 in the Bethany Field. This well is located 10.7 miles north of Carthag with a depth of 10,040- feet. When gauged on an adjustable choke, the well potentialed 49,000 cubic feet of natural gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

The Jones, A Gas Unit Well No.2 is located 9.4 miles southwest of Tatum in the Beckville Field. This well bottoms at 10,280-feet drilled by Goodrich Petroleum Co. When gauged on an adjustable choke, the well potentialed 839,000 cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

In a lease 10.5 miles south of Carthage, in the Carthage Field, the East Gas Unit Well No.1 has been completed by Madera Production Co. This well bottoms at 6,308-feet and potentialed 82,000 cubic feet of natural gas when gauged on a 48/64-inch choke. Production is in the Hill South formation.

The Bethany Field has seen the Adams, T.C. NCT 1 Well No.65 completed by Chevron U.S.A. Inc. This well is located five miles southeast from DeBerry with a depth of 5,987-feet. When gauged on a 16/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 591,000 cubic feet of natural gas. Production is in the Transition formation.

The E.M. Pone Well No.3 is located 4.9 miles southwest from Henderson in the Henderson, East Field. This well was completed to a depth of 10,970-feet by Goodrich Petroleum Co. When gauged on a 48/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 550,000 cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

When gauged on a 24/64-inch choke, the Vinson Gas Unit Well No.13 potentialed 1.406 million cubic feet of natural gas. This well is located eight miles west form Tatum in the Oak Hill Field.
