MATA GORSKE

Services for Mrs. Mata Gorske, 85 of Kilgore will be held Wednesday, April 2, 2008 at 2 P.M. in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home of Kilgore with Reverend Dudley Plaisance officiating. Burial will be Thursday in Little Cemetery in Little, Oklahoma. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 7 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.

Ms. Gorske was born April 3, 1922 daughter of the late Will and Zona Johnson. She worked as Secretary to the Superintendent of Kilgore Independent School District for 39 years and was in charge of payroll for the entire district. Mrs. Gorske was an animal lover and enjoyed reading.

She is survived by her sister; Mary Imogene Gossage of Kilgore; nephew, Wayne Gossage and wife Charlotte of Kilgore; great nephews and nieces, Butch Gossage, Kelly Gossage, Chris Gossage, Vikki Gossage Manning, Jimmy Jeffus, Justin Jeffus, Jennifer Jeffus and Jeannie Ann Jeffus; several great great nieces and nephews. Her niece Kathy Jeffus preceded her in death.
