Run-off election scheduled

The Rusk County Democratic and Republican Primary Run-Off elections will be conducted on tuesday, April 8.

Early voting period will begin Monday, March 31 and end Friday, April 4 at the Rusk County Courthouse only.

Voters are urged to take note of the box consolidations that will take place on Run-Off election day. Voters in the April 8 election must do so in the party in which they had voted in the March 4 primary. Voters who did not previously vote in the Primary may choose either party in the Run-Off.

Run-Off election consolidated precincts/voting locations for Tuesday, April 8 are as follows; Box 1, precincts 112 and 114 are at the New London Community Center, Box 2, precincts 113 and 213 are at the Kilgore Substation, Box 3, precincts 215 are at the Tatum JP Building, Box 4, precinct 214 is at Stewart, Box 5, precincts316, 317, 318 and 319 are at Center, Box 6, precincts 417 and 418 are at the County Barn Precinct 4 and Box 7, precincts 111, 201, 212, 302, 303, 314, 315, 404, 405 and 416 are at the Henderson Community Center.
