LOYCE "SHORTY BABY CAKE" BRAGER

Services for Loyce"Shorty Baby Cake" Brager, 61, of Overton, will be at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, March 22, 2008 at Spring Chapel C.M.E. Church in Overton, under the direction of Southern Funeral Home, of Henderson.

He passed away March 13, 2008 at Trinity Mother Frances, Tyler. He was born Feb. 3, 1947 in Arp, and attended Arp Public Schools. He lived most of his life in Rusk County and attended- Spring Chapel C.M.E. Church, Arp and worked in construction.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lois & Rosie Brager, and one sister.

He is survived by his wife, Lola Brown Brager ; two sons, Loyce L.(Christina)Brager, Tray Brager both of Overton; two daughters, Pamela(Edgar)Curry of Overton, Terese Smith of Henderson, two sisters, Fleeta(Carl)Dennis,Quineda Mayfield both of Overton; six brothers, Jessie Brager,Bill Brager both of Jacksonville, Calvin Brager, Edward Brager both of Overton, Oscar( Terrie)Brager of Carlise, Bobby Brager of Abilene; three aunts; two uncles; five grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, noon to 7:00 pm evening at Southern Funeral Home in Henderson.
