Master Plan approved Kilgore's Master Plan is almost ready for revelation. The Planning and Zoning Board approved the recommendation of the plan to City Council. "We didn't see where any changes needed to be made," Carol Windham, director of planning, said. "Planning concepts did an excellent job taking what the board and Kilgore residents asked for and putting it to work in the Master Plan." City council is expected to approve the final draft of the plan 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 25 during a regularly scheduled meeting in council chambers at Kilgore City Hall. |
