Chandler holds Black History program

On Friday, February at Chandler Elementary School, the first grade classes of Shows, Applegate, Blakeley, Blanks, Mc- Cormick, Sloan and Ward presented the Black History Program, "A Look from the Past To The Future."

The MLMS Praise Dancers also performed for the audience. Some of the selections in the program were "Good News," "Down By The Riverside," EveryBody Ought Know," and This Little Light of Mine."

Soloists were Abby Truman, Ocie Collier, Alexis Miller and Que'Vuis Miller. Speakers were Keyanna Ector, Austin Huckabee, Sydney Bates and Victoria Shipman. The program was directed by Ronny Williams, first grade music teacher.
