Kilgore Garden Club celebrates Valentine's day with Heart

Members of the Kilgore Garden Club added a little cheer at the Valentine Party for residents of the Heart of Texas Nursing Center, cakes were provided and served by the garden club. Piano music was provided by JoAnn Samford and later joined by Pam Martin, Activity Director. Melynda Keenon brought her children and friends to sing and to greet the residents. Mayor Parker also came to congratulate Martha and John Lausted who were elected King and Queen.

Residents also chose to crown members of the Nursing Home staff, Pam Martin and Gary Stewart. A good time was had by all.
