FLORA MAE BURNS
Services for Flora Mae Burns, 94, of Kilgore will be two p.m., Saturday, March 1, 2008 at the Rader Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Freddie Ward officiating. Burial will follow in Kilgore Cemetery. Mrs. Burns died Wednesday, February 27, 2008 in Tyler, Texas.

She was born January 1, 1914 in Bristow, Oklahoma. Her family moved to Kilgore in the early 1930's. Mrs. Burns was a line foreman for a rose nursery in Tyler, Texas. She was a longtime member of the Highland Park Assembly of God Church.

Mrs. Burns is survived by her son, Tom Burns of Kilgore; four grandchildren, Lori Burris of Cedar Park, Texas, Tommy G. Burns of Magnolia, Texas, Richard A. Burns of Grand Junction, Colorado, Pam Allen of Kansas City, Missouri; five greatgrandchildren; one greatgreat grandchild; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband R. A. Burns.

The family will receive friends at Rader Funeral Home Friday evening between six and seven-thirty p.m.
