Phi Theta Kappa inducts 44

Phi Theta Kappa, the international honor society for twoyear colleges, inducted 44 students Feb. 20 on the Kilgore College campus. The requirements for PTK are: regular enrollment, taking no less than 15 hours in a minimum of four courses in the long semester preceding induction, or having a total of 20 hours as a parttime student with no less than a 3.6 grade point average.

The new PTK officers and Samantha Behlke, president, were inducted and KC President Dr. Bill Holda served as speaker. PTK advisers are Tina Rushing, sociology instructor, and Terri York, history and geography instructor.
