Boy killed in Dallas shooting DALLAS (AP) - Police say a man opened fire with a handgun through a living room window, killing a 5-year-old boy inside and leaving another child and a woman in serious condition. Dallas police Lt. Vernon Hale said early Friday that no arrests have been made in the shootings, which happened late Thursday at a South Dallas home. Police did not immediately provide other details, including the identities of the victims or how they might be related. Authorities say the boy was shot in the head. A 10-year-old girl was shot in the hand and a 27-year-old woman was struck in the leg. Hale said three other children and another adult were inside the house at the time but not injured. |
