GUSSIE NELL DAVIS DANCE CLASSIC

The Gussie Nell Davis Dance Classic was held last Saturday in Masters Gym on the campus of Kilgore College. Dance teams came from all over East Texas and beyond to compete in this annual event. Above, the Kilgore High School Hi-Steppers Dance Team Officers competed in the Jazz category. The Hi-Steppers also competed in the large ensemble competition. The dance classic is named after Gussie Nell who started the Kilgore College Rangerettes. The Hi- Steppers are directed by Colleen Clower.
