THE YOUNG AT HEART SENOIR ADULT GROUP of First Baptist Church, of Kilgore, invites the public to the next monthly covered dish luncheon on Thursday, Feb. 21, 11:45 a.m. Kilgore college piano students will be theentertainment.

ADMINISTRATORS AND COUNSELORS FROM KILGORE HIGH SCHOOL will meet with the parents of eighth-grade students on Thursday, Feb.21 at 6:30 p.m. in the KHS auditorium. Discussions will include high school curriculum, graduation requirements, four-year plans, course selections, and etc. All parents are encouraged to attend.

SATURDAY

THE KILGORE HIGH SCHOOL HI-STEPPER DANCE CAMP will be held on Saturday, March 8 from 9 a.m. to noon in Kilgore High School Gym. Anyone, kindergarten through 8th grade can sign up at a cost of $20 per person. A camp T-shirt and snack are included in the price.

MORE THAN 50 CLASSIC, NEW MODEL AND DEALERSHIP CARS will be on display at the 32nd Annual LeTourneau University Automotive Society Car Show Saturday and Sunday, March 1 and 2, at the Maude Cobb Exhibition Hall, 100 Grand Blvd. in Longview. Doors open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday and from noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday. Tickets are available at the door for $5 per person, or $2 for students with student identification. AFTER A FEW YEARS OF ABSENCE, CHRIST THE KING CATHOLIC CHURCH has reestablished Christ the King Catholic Student Center at Kilgore College for all students. A FREE hot lunch will be served each Monday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Parish Fellowship Hall across from the Kilgore College Parks Fitness Center. Catholic students are invited to make CTK their "home away from home" parish. TICKETS TO "BOOM" ARE NOW ON SALE AT KILGORE NATIONAL BANK AND AT TEXAS BANK & TRUST IN DOWNTOWN LONGVIEW. Reserved seats are $20 and general admission tickets are $10. "Boom" is advertised as "a musical about ... US." The story is about the discovery of the East Texas oil field and will be performed at Kilgore High School on March 8.
