Most Representative, Most Outstanding students selected by KC employees
Knight is a communications major from Hallsville and plans to graduate in May with an Associate of Arts degree and transfer to Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colo. She is a KC Presidential Scholarship recipient, editor of The Flare (the college's newspaper), a member of the Ranger yearbook staff, member of Phi Theta Kappa and the Wesley Foundation Board. Shipp is a communications major from Kilgore and a Dean's Scholarship recipient. He plans to graduate in May with an Associate of Arts degree and transfer to Texas A&M University to major in sports management. Shipp serves as the sports editor of The Flare and the Ranger yearbook. KC also named 28 students, one from each campus department, Most Outstanding. Employees from each department were encouraged to vote during the month of January for the student that they felt best represented their department.
