      BANGKOK, Thailand (AP) - An American woman has been arrested in Thailand as the suspected ''ponytail bandit'' in string of U.S. bank robberies. Thai immigration police say they were acting on an FBI tip when they arrested 21-year-old Morgan Michelle Hoke at a Bangkok hotel.
