MARION M. HAYS

Marion M. Hays, 76, formerly of Kilgore went home to be with the Lord, February 2, 2008 at the Waterford in Ridgeland, Mississippi. A funeral service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel in the Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home in Ridgeland with visitation beginning at 3:30 p.m. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Kilgore Cemetery in Kilgore, Texas with the Reverend David Hampton officiating under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Kilgore.

Mrs. Hays was born on August 11, 1931, the daughter of the late Hosea & Cleo Marks. She was a homemaker.

She is preceded in death by her husbands, Nelson King, Jimmie Waggoner and Morris Hays. She is also preceded in death by her son, Ronald Waggoner.

Survivors include: daughter, Karan King Davis of Haughton, LA; daughter, Patricia Waggoner Brumley of Jackson; daughter, Linda Waggoner of Atlanta, GA; son, Jim Waggoner of Dickinson; step-daughters, Sherry Hays Steen, of St. Amant, LA; Gloria Hays Templet of St. Amant, LA; Carol Hays Hopkins of Walker, LA; 11 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren; brother, Gaylon Marks, Arcadia, LA and 2 nephews.
