Ponder named top volunteer

DIANA PONDER Volunteer of the Year
Diana Ponder was awarded Volunteer of the Year for 2007 at the Kilgore Chamber of Commerce banquet last night at the Kilgore High School auditorium.

Ponder has given hours of her time as she has served on the civic affairs committee planning Kilgore Night Out and the welcome reception for the Shakespeare Festival.

In addition, Ponder has volunteered cooking for board meetings, stuffing golf bags and decorating for the annual banquet.
