BOYS TIE, LOSE IN OT; GIRLS LOSE TO PT

St. John Memorial Stadium, trailing 1-0 at halftime - PT scored about 15 minutes into the game. KHS tied the game at 1-all on a goal by Oscar Davilla with 34:09 left. PT won the game in overtime, 3-1. Kilgore drops to 1-3-1 in district play. The Kilgore Lady Bulldogs lost at PT, 4-0, and are now 2-3 in district. Both teams will be back in action Tuesday night, and both at Eustace. The boys will play at 5:30, beginning with JV, and are back at home Friday night against Chapel Hill at the same time. The girls play at Eustace on Tuesday, a varsity-only night, beginning at 5:30, and then visit Chapel Hill on Friday. Both teams still have time to get in playoff contention - they have several more district games remaining.
