BARBARA ANN HEDRICK RANNEY

Graveside services for Barbara Ann Hedrick Ranney, 69, of Overton will be held Saturday, Feb. 2, 2008 at 4 p.m. at Danville Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Rader Funeral Home in Kilgore Friday from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Mrs. Ranney passed away Thursday in a Tyler hospital.

She was born in Kilgore October 1, 1938 daughter of the late Lem and Gertrude Hedrick. Barbara worked many years as a waitress and housekeeper.

She is survived by her husband, James Ranney of Overton; children, Jimmy Don Higginbotham and wife Peggy of Appleton, WI. and Roy W. Lick of Overton; sisters and brothers, Billy Hedrick, Buck Hedrick, Glen Hedrick, Frieda Pritchard, Jessie Ligon and Georgia Morris; six grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Ranney was preceded in death by her parents and seven brothers and sisters, Ruby Johnson, Edith Allen, Patsy Nye, Boyd Hedrick, Jack Hedrick, Sonny Hedrick and her twin brother Lewis Hedrick.
