The ninth annual "A Touch of Fame and Fashion" will be held Saturday at 7 p.m. in the KHS Auditorium. The event is a fundraiser for the Reflector and the Anchor Club. Tickets are on sale now at KHS from Candy Gleghorn or Susan Reinbach for $5. Tickets will also be on sale at the door. The doors will open at 6:30.

The event features student performances by two bands, Slate and Stone Rd. and individual performances by Travis Hull & Farrah Hale, Darby Capps & Jordan Presley, Mack Bradberry and Katy Davison. There will be a style show, featuring models from the Reflector staff and senior members of the Anchor Club. Fashions will be provided by Cherry Hill, Lillies & Lace and Hurwitz.

Most Beautiful and Most Handsome nominees for the senior class for the girls are; Sarah Berryhill, Whitney Brown, Courtney Culpepper, Kristin Gleghorn, Haley Griffith,

Brandi Johnson, Courtney O'Connor, Lauren Park, Tai'Shea Reese and Denise Wilson. For the senior boys;Michael Anthony, Kelsey Clayton,Chase Evans,Tommy Howard, Ryan Huckabee, Travis Hull, Ryan Griffin, Cody Murphy and Weston Thomas.

Nominees for the Junior girls are;Kelsey Cayce, Callie Cunyus, Stacy Gandy, Farrah Hale, Shelby Nestleroad, Alex Phillips, Alyssa Phillips, Katie Whitmer, Raven Wiley and Haylee Wright. Nominees for the Junior boys are; Jarad Alexander, Sabit Bauta, Vince Cano, Fidel Cedillo, Tyler Dennis, Andrew Ector, Kendal Moore, Colby Rosen, Xavian Sanders and John Swanson.

Nominees for the Sophomore girls are;Allison Adamson, Autumn Brown, Darby Capps, Chelsey Cox, Jessica Dukes, Carli Fussell, Kelsey Jackson, Jordan Presley, Denisse Ramos and Ashley Sanders. Nominees for the Sophomore boys are; Eric Applegate,Grayson Armontroutt, Mishaud Austin, Ryan Bustin, Taylor Carter, Oscar Davila, Austin Miller and Ben Nix.

Nominees for the Freshman girls are; Gena Andrews, Kaliegh Benoit, Kim Bozant, Macy Clime, Ashton Johnson, Lexi Johnston, Eren Mendez, Macy Reynolds and Jessica Shepherd. Nominees for the Freshman boys are; Adrian Amaro, Austin Baker, Julian Bara,Breon Ector, Dylan Leach, Dakota Pierce, Robert Poland, Kris Smith, Jordan Williams and Keith Wright.

Upon completion of this portion of the show, winners will be announced.

The Kilgore High School boys soccer team will be at home Friday night against Pine Tree, the JV team will play at 5:30 p.m. and the varsity at 7 p.m.

+++ The Kilgore High School Lady Bulldogs basketball team will be in competition Friday night at home against Pine Tree. It will be varsity only with the game beginning at 6:30 p.m.
