Board member, KC graduate Parsons, to speak at Friday's graduation

Kilgore College Board of Trustees member Fred Parsons will be the featured speaker at KC's fall graduation ceremony set for 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 12, in Dodson Auditorium on the Kilgore campus. Parsons, also a KC graduate, has served on the board for 17 years.
