All of these tour locations were beautifully decorated and KHPF personnel were on hand to greet tour-goers and give a brief history of the different locations. The library had new lighting in the dining room and the snowflakes were hung from the ceiling in the children's room. The Liberty City Chamber of Commerce, which sponsored the Liberty City Parade announced the winners as follows: The Grand Marshall Award went to Cub Scout Pack 259; Best Decorated went to Grace Baptist Temple; Best Parade Theme went to Sabine 8th Grade Choir; Best Marching Band went to Sabine Middle School Band; Best Vehicle went to East Texas Cruisers for their Cherry Red Pickup; and Best Religious winner was Circle C Cowboy Church.
