Kilgore Police report

Between 12:01 a.m. Wednesday and midnight Sunday, Kilgore police worked 94 calls and made 25 arrests. The average time spent per call was about 64 minutes.

Calls on Wednesday included: one motor vehicle accident with no reported injures; one for child abuse; one for indecency with a child; two "mental subjects"; one for criminal mischief; one suspicious person; one suspicious activity; one burglary of a building at 416 E. Main; and four for animal control.

Calls on Thanksgiving Day included: one disturbance involving family violence; and two calls regarding "found" property.

Friday's calls included: two motor vehicle accidents with reported injuries and two without; two suspected DWIs; one shoplifter; and one suspicious activity.

On Saturday, calls included: one motor vehicle accident with no reported injures; one forgery; one shoplifter; one for criminal mischief; one for criminal trespass; three suspicious activities; one for "found" property; and two for animal control.

Sunday's calls included: one motor vehicle accident with no reported injures; one disturbance involving family violence; one shoplifter; and one suspicious activity.

On Monday officers responded to 29 calls and made one arrest. The average call time was about 19 minutes.

Yesterday's calls included: one motor vehicle accident with no reported injures; two home burglaries, one in the 2800 block of Stone Road and the other in the 3100 block of Old Hwy. 135; one forgery; one for disorderly conduct; one for criminal mischief; one for telephone harassment; and eight for animal control.
