LONGVIEW — Two Kilgore residents are among the 40 persons indicted by members of the Grand Jury of the 124th District Court, which met Nov. 19-20. Michael Lee Stephenson, 43, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and theft over $1,500. Debra Mendoza, 42, was indicated for forgery.
