Gregg County grand jury indicts forty people

LONGVIEW — Two Kilgore residents are among the 40 persons indicted by members of the Grand Jury of the 124th District Court, which met Nov. 19-20.

Michael Lee Stephenson, 43, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and theft over $1,500. Debra Mendoza, 42, was indicated for forgery.

Marcus Bresler, 28, of Gladewater was indicted for aggravated kidnapping, aggravated robbery, aggravated assault, abandoning or endangering a child and escape.

Felipia Jackson, 37, and Darren Wright, 45, both of Longview, were indicted for habitual theft.

William F. Russell Jr., 48, of Overton was indicted for criminal mischief over $1,500.

Three Longview residents were indicted for assault/family violence (enhance): Patrick Rodgers Bell, 36; Charles Ray Woodruff, 42; and Gerald Wayne Jackson, 46. Woodruff was also indicted for assault on a public servant.

Brandon Lee Hodge, 25, of Longview was indicted for burglary of a habitation, robbery and aggravated robbery. Joseph Dixon Bumgarner, 53, of Avinger was indicted for robbery.

Daniel Molina, 21, of Longview was indicted for failure to stop and render aid. William Bell, 66, of Arp was indicted for retaliation. Archie Simpkins, 21, address not given, was indicted for failing to register as a sex offender.

Three were indicted for aggravated assault: Tamera Allison, 20, of Longview; Lakendric Miller, 25, of Longview; and Sherman Jameson, 23, of Rosharon.

Craig Hammer, 32, of White Oak was indicted for criminal solicitation of a minor.

James Daniel Wynne III, 27, of Longview was indicted for obstruction or retaliation.

Persons indicted for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of marijuana are: Don Creech, 30, of Gilmer; Jerry Boyd, 36, of Longview; Adrian Parker, 23, of Longview; and Trevorris Woodard, 21, of Longview.

Matthew James Breedlove, 42, of Longview was indicted for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance.

Two were indicted for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver: Selena Peacock, 22, of Longview; and Cornel Williams, 36, of Longview.

Indicted for possession of a controlled substance were: Janice Thompson, 45, of Longview; John Nichols, 35, of Gladewater; Randall Holland, 34, of Gladewater; Crystal Bilbrey, 25, of Hallsville; Aaron Bleckley, 20, of White Oak; and Evette Floyd, 45, of Longview.

Tabitha Leanne Hammock, 24, of Carthage was indicted for obtaining a controlled substance by fraud.

Seven persons were indicted for felony DWI: Teresa Sloan, 55, of Gilmer; Jose Barron, 29, of Longview; Chris Partain, 28, of Gilmer; Amado Guzman, 32, of Longview; Fredrick Ladon Edwards, 42, of Longview; Jaime Medina, 43, of Longview; and Adam Sanchez, 25, of Longview.
