MICHAEL DOUGLAS DICKEY

Memorial services for Michael Dickey, 64, of Kilgore were held Thursday, Nov. 13, 2008, at the Rader Funeral Home Chapel.

Michael passed away Monday, Nov. 10, in Longview.

Michael was born June 21, 1944, in Del Rio, to Archie and Lois Dickey. He enjoyed motor sports, especially drag racing.

Michael served in the U.S. Air Force in Panama. He also worked for NASA as a firefighter before working as a machinist for Hydroseal Valve for over 30 years.

Survivors include three children, Kelly Hodges of Henderson, Monica Dickey and Ryan Dickey, both of Dallas; two grandchildren; and many loving friends.
