MACK D. HARTSELL

Funeral Services for Mack D. Hartsell, 83, of Tyler will be held Friday, Nov. 14, 2008, at 9:30 a.m. at Glenwood Church of Christ in Tyler with Mr. Jeff Christian officiating.

Family graveside services will follow at 3 p.m. in Smyrna Cemetery in Bloomburgwith Mr. Don Hartsell officiating. The family will receive friends at Rader Funeral Home in Kilgore Thursday from 6 until 8 p.m.

Mr. Hartsell as born Dec. 23, 1924, in Garvin, Oklahoma, son of Dewey and Jo Hartsell. He passed away Nov. 10, in Longview.

He was a member of Glenwood Church of Christ and retired as a salesman for Jones and Laughlin Supply.

He is survived by his children, Gaynell McFadin of Kilgore, Sandra Johnson of Fate, Mack D. Hartsell, Jr., of Montgomery and stepson, Terry Hinkle of Lake Cedar Creek; a sister, Leota Willis of Shreveport; 10 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by parents Dewey and Jo Hartsell; wife, Paula Hartsell; and sister, Winnie Boyett.
