Kilgore Police Report Between 12:01 a.m. Friday and midnight Sunday, Kilgore police worked 69 calls and made 11 arrests. The average time spent per call was about one hour. Weekend calls included: four motor vehicle accidents with no reported injuries; one regarding a "mental subject"; one for indecency with a child; one suspicious act; two suspicious vehicles; two for criminal mischief; one for public intoxication; one runaway; one sexual assault; one terroristic threat; three disturbances involving family violence; one shoplifter; one burglary of a habitation in the 300 block of Luder Street; and four for animal control. On Monday officers responded to 32 calls and made no arrests. The average call time was about 24 minutes. Yesterday's calls included: one motor vehicle accidents with no reported injuries; two for criminal mischief; two for indecency with a child; one suspicious vehicle; one suspicious activity; one forgery; two "mental subjects"; and five for animal control.
