City council is taking measures to Annex a 134-acre tract of land to fill in some gaps around the perimeter of the city. The annexation would affect approximately 53 property owners. The desired property is north of Danville Road, south of FM 349 and continues east — from just west of the U.S. 259 bypass to the intersection of FM 349 and Danville Road.
