Rusk County Commissioners next week are set to address a routine agenda.

Among the items up for approval will be to open and possibly award a bid for the lease of oil and gas deep rights below the Cotton Valley formation at Rusk County Airport.

Commissioners are expected to approve specifications and advertise for bids for the construction of an metal office building for Precinct 4's justice of the peace and a metal shop building for Rusk County maintenance.

In other business, commissioners are asked to: court meetings and special meetings held in September and October; approve the monthly Indigent Healthcare and Public Assistance reports; approve the auditor's monthly report; approve budget amendments and transfers; and approve payment of bills.

Rusk County Commissioners' Court meets 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 28, in the County Judge's Courtroom on the first floor of courthouse.
