Fall season winding down in KSA

KILGORE SOCCER ASSOCIATION REPORT

EDITOR'S NOTE: This report is from last

weekend's games of the Kilgore Soccer Association (KSA). The report comes from reports submitted by league coaches. Names are spelled here in the News Herald exactly as they are printed. Reports with incomplete names won't appear in the paper.

Games are played Saturdays at the sports complex on Highway 135. This roundup will normally run on Thursdays in the News Herald sports section. Coaches reports are due by 5 p.m. on Monday. Y

ou may bring them by the office at 610 East Main Street, or fax them to (903) 984-7462. You may also e-mail them to sports@kilgorenewsherald. com. Reports will not be taken over the phone. These are the only reports that were received this week.

Under-6 boys

• Scorpions vs. Avengers: Top offensive players were Connor Hubbard, Jimmy Kelly, and Adrian Martinez. Defensive stand- outs were Ryan Hamil- ton, Kaden Pruett and Preston Woodall. The Scorpions, sponsored by Stinger Wellhead, are coached by Mike Madden and Jimmy Pruett.

Under-6 girls

• Tinkerbells vs. Pink Pumas: For the Tinkerbells, Hanah Rabalais, Chloe Staley and Emily Carter were top offensive standouts, and Faith Rabalais, Callie Sparks and Makayla Thompson top defenders. The Tinkerbells are coached by Brandon Carter.

• Glamour Girls vs. Lady Chivitas: Hylyn Lumpkins, Kaitlynn Stevens, Jaycee Pierce and Haley Beasley were offensive standouts, and Beasley, Lumpkins, Dahjah Lewis and Natalie Galvan were top defenders. The Girls are coached by Jessica Pierce and Laura Lara.

Under-10 girls

• Team USA vs. Strikers: Victorian Shipman, Myra Rodriguez, Alexis Smith, Taylor Cundieff and Sydney Barnes all scored. Chloe Hillman, Page Underwood and Barnes were offensive standouts, and Shipman, Cundieff and Smith all played well defensively, as did goalkeeper Kaitlin Word. Team USA is coached by Tanya Barnes and Tracy Moore, and sponsored by Bar-M Welding.
