Rusk County voters could possibly face two runoff elections, one for their state representative and another for a constable spot in Precinct 4. Democratic incumbent Chuck Hopson won his District 11 State Representative spot by 102 votes overall, with 26,030 votes to Republican challenger Brian K. Walker's 25,928 votes.
