Jim Archer of Pittsburg, Rotary District Governor nominee, was the guest speaker for the Kilgore Rotary Club on Wednesday. Archer spoke to the club and introduced himself to members who might not know him. He will be district governor in two years and is trying to get to know people now so the transition into his year will be smooth.
