Omega Fluid Services is all about the American Dream

Here at Omega Flud Service, we offer a benefit package which, after a 90-day probation period, includes paid medical premium for the employee. As services, we offer transports, pressure trucks, bobtail vacuum/gear pump combo, and hot oil trucks.

Omega Fluid Service co-owners Glen Kinyon and Dave Everett have shared 26 years of oilfield experience in the East Texas area with Dave having been raised in Arp and Glen raised in Bullard.

"Glen and I first met up when I was a hot oil operator for Bolt Fuel Oil Company," said Dave. "My helper came down with pneumonia and Glen was recommended to fill in on a temporary basis. Glen was such a mechanical genius that in two weeks he had my truck in top notch running capacity. I went to Paul Bolt and told him, 'you need to hire that guy.' It took some doing, but Paul did listen and hired him on. I was with Bolt for 23 years and Glen was there for 20 years.

Glen Kinyon, Co-Owner "I can easily say Johnny and Paul Bolt were some of the best employers we ever had," said Dave.

"They laid the groundwork for how we treat our employees," said Glen. "They deserve the credit for what they taught us.

"We try to treat others the way we like to be treated and we learned it from them," said Dave. "We left Bolt after it sold and other investors stepped in. We went to Basic Energy where we helped them establish their fluid yard. After two years, local investors who wanted to help us do this on our own approached us. We decided to take the challenge and are very happy that we did.

"The result of that challenge is now Omega Fluid Services. We try to promote from within whenever possible. We believe heavily in teamwork. Like a chain, we are only as strong as our weakest link and we try to impress upon our employees that we rely on each other for our livelihood.

"We currently have 27 employees and 20 trucks. The trucks include transports, winch trucks, hot oil trucks, pressure trucks, and combination vacuum/gear trucks.

"As always our motto is 'What Can Blue Do For You?'" said Dave.
