Memorial services for Nestor Simon Zapata, 74, of Alameda, Calf., will be held at a later date. Mr. Zapata died on Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2008, in Berkley, Calif. He was born in Piura, Peru, to Andres and Rosa Zapata on Nov. 3, 1933. Mr. Zapata graduated from the University of California where he was employed as a Certified Public Accountant before he retired in 1998.
