The Kilgore Improvement and Beautification Association gave out their awards for the month of October and these are the winners (photos, top to bottom) The Yard of the Month was awarded to Robert and Tammy Welch who live at 3315 Stonehaven. The Commercial Beauty Spot was awarded to the KFC/Taco Bell located on Hwy. 259. The final award went to Dr. Brian and Suzanne Nutt who live at 2812 Green Hills Dr. for the Beauty Spot.
