Kilgore Police report

Between 12:01 a.m. Friday and midnight Sunday, Kilgore police worked 86 calls and made 29 arrests. The average time spent per call was almost 59 minutes.

The weekend calls included: three motor vehicle accidents with no reported injuries; two for indecency with a child; nine for suspicious activities and vehicles; three for shoplifting; one theft; one for criminal mischief; three burglaries of buildings; two burglaries of vehicles; one burglary of a habitation; one unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; one criminal trespass; one for harassment; two regarding terroristic threats; and seven for animal control.

Officers had a busy day Monday with 41 calls and 11 arrests. Calls included: three motor vehicle accidents with no reported injuries; three suspicious activities and/or persons; building burglaries at 1603 Hwy. 259 and 109 Dickson Ct.; one for criminal trespass; one for criminal mischief; one for a disturbance involving family violence; one for a shoplifter; one prowler in the 3600 block of Rockbrook Drive; and six for animal control.
