Kilgore firefighters extinguished a house fire last night at 1216 Myrtle St. Brandon Bigos, assistant fire marshal for the City of Kilgore, said Station 1 and Station 2 received the call at 8:20 p.m. and when units arrived there was a fire in the rear of the residence.
