      With all the schedule-changing being done due to the bad weather off Hurricane Ike last weekend, Kilgore High School's tennis team didn't get to play its matchup at Corsicana against a few teams. The Bulldogs were scheduled to host Jacksonville today at 3:30 p.m. Kilgore's junior varsity plays at Van at that same time on Thursday.

CAR WASHING FOR A TRIP
     On Saturday, Sept. 6, the Kilgore High School cheerleaders hosted a car wash fundraiser at the Finish Line Car Wash on Stone Road. "New owner Jeff Modisette was very gracious in donating his facility and supplies to help support the cheerleaders," sponsor Kalli Conway said.
