ALESHIA "LISA" BARNES

Funeral services for Aleshia "Lisa" Barnes, 33 of Overton, were Saturday, September 13, 2008 at Harmony Pirtle Baptist Church, Billy S. Medlock officiatied. Burial followed at Pirtle Cemetery Overton, under the direction of Cunningham Funeral Home.

She was born July 8, 1975 to the parentage of Johnnie and Tommie Faye Medlock Barnes.

She attended Overton Public Schools. She was a member of Harmony Pirtle Baptist Church. She died September 8, 2008 in Henderson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Johnnie (P.J.) Pryor, one brother, Darron Barnes.

She is survived three godchildren (whom she was caring for), Kayce Medlock, Keyerra Medlock, Kayla Medlock all of Overton; sisters, Shelia Medlock, Overton, Marilyn Barnes, Longview, Darcel Chambers, Dallas, Shirley (Jeanie) Barnes, Longview, Alva Grant-Ford, Longview,brothers; Joel Barnes, Arlington, Johnnie Barnes Jr., Liberty City, Jimmy Garrison, Longview; three aunts, two uncles, nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
