A Kilgore Police investigation has determined that Cynthia Drake was at fault in a fatal accident Monday afternoon. Officers responded to the accident on U.S. 259 bypass north of Synergy Drive, at approximately 5:37 p.m. and found Cynthia Bush Drake, 56, deceased.
