LEWIS "RAY BABY" MARTIN

Funeral services for Lewis "Ray Baby" Martin, 50, of Henderson will be 12, noon, Saturday, August 23, 2008 at the Mother Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Henderson with Rev. Charles P. Hunt officiating. Burial will follow at Henderson City Cemetry, Henderson, under the direction of Southern Funeral Home of Henderson.

He was born April 17, 1958 in Henderson. He passed away August 18, 2008 at his residence in Henderson. He was a membver of Mother Zion Baptist Church.

Mr. Martin was preceded in death by his grandparents.

He is survived by his parents, James and Alma Cox- Allen of Henderson, Johnny H. and Alice Martin of Chicago, Ill.; four sisters, Mattie Marie Cox-Carter (Leo), Cherre Martin, Denise Martin, Alesia Martin-Pickett, all of Arlington; aunts and uncles.

Pallbearers will be Althrong Starling, Kenneth Faison, Danny Sanders, Greg Moreland, Marlon Allen, Robert Rogers, Ferris Jones, David Brown, Randy Wilburn, Gilbert Jiles, Wayland Carter.
